“Year-round, at the Frelinghuysen Lodge on Lincoln Laurel Rd, are 90-minute classes on Monday & Thursday mornings to develop endurance, strength, flexibility, and balance. “Steps” and mats are provided for a maximum of 17 participants on a first come, first served basis, as well as a few sets of (2 – 10 pound) hand weights. There is a water fountain but no towels to put on mats for floor work or ankle weights to further challenge leg muscles.
