I acknowledge that the Township of Frelinghuysen has the discretion to take such actions as it deems necessary, consistent with applicable law, to investigate the matters that are the subject of my report. Such actions may include referring my report to the appropriate Township personnel or agencies, or legal action which will require my testimony.
